Member of an entity to acquire and transform two urban parcels into a four-home development. The development of these parcels included soliciting approval from numerous utility companies and ultimately getting Nashville City Council to abandon an unused utility easement dating back to the early 1900s; these actions resulted in the ability to build four homes where only one would otherwise be permitted. 

Upon easement abandonment, development proceeded with the production of surveys and architectural design documents and forming a site plan to accommodate all four homes within narrow urban setbacks. 

Navigated Metro permitting approval, and construction is to start in early 2025.
