Meet Patrick McDonald

Founder & Building Science Enthusiast

Patrick has a degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University and has worked in the construction industry for 15+ years. He has been employed by large commercial firms in Asheville, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Nashville.

In 2017, he received his general contractor's license with commercial, residential, and industrial qualifications. Since then, he has completed numerous projects across Nashville, including custom homes, commercial new builds and tenant improvements, and multi-family properties.

He values setting clear expectations upfront of successful project delivery, strong relationships with trades, and timely communication throughout the projects he leads. You will often find Patrick onsite, troubleshooting with his tradespeople, driving quality, and documenting project milestones for his clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor adventures, cooking, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog in their neighborhood of The Nations in West Nashville.
